Private Office Space

Our standard contract length is 12 months, with a 3-month notice period. This gives our members the stability they need to grow their businesses, while also providing the flexibility to move if their needs should change. We believe that this model provides the best possible environment for our members to succeed.

We want to make sure that our members have everything they need to be successful. That’s why all of our private office spaces come with desks, chairs, and storage as standard. So you can simply pick up your keys and get started! We also have a wide range of amenities available in our buildings, including conference rooms, breakout areas, and fully-stocked kitchens. And of course, our team is always on hand to help with anything you need.

When you move into a new office space, you may be wondering if you can add your own personal touches to the space. The answer is yes! There are a few different ways to do this. One way is to use temporary measures, such as adding posters or photographs. Another way is to ask us for a more bespoke build out. This could include adding shelving or painting walls. However, please note that any changes you make will need to be removed at the end of your tenancy. If you have any further questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

It depends on many things, including the type of business, the size of the business, and the number of employees. Additionally, think about how your employees work, how much storage space you need, and how your office is arranged.

Be sure to keep all of these factors in mind when determining how much office space you need. Choosing the right office space should be fairly easy with a little bit of planning!

Business rates are not included in the monthly rental. However if you are a small business you may be entitled to 100% rates relief through the local council. LibertySpace can advise them of your office rental and they will forward a form for you to complete.
